Tip: The most important options can be accessed by pressing the left mouse button and clicking the right mouse button at the same time.
Show if a relation is refinable
When this option is checked, SNOB adds information whether it is optionally or mandatory to refine a relationship when the concept is used to store information about a patient.
Show historical relationships
Check this option when you want to see the historical relationships of a concept.
Show crossmappings
When you have imported crossmapping tables, then select this option to see the crossmappings.
Show supers, i.e. ISA relationships of concept
Although SNOB displays the supers (i.e. parent concepts) of a concept in its browser, you can also see a list of supers in the info pane.
Show extension namespace of concepts and descriptions
When this option is checked, SNOB prefixes rubrics from extensions with the short name of the extension.
Show normal forms of concept
When this option is checked, SNOB displays both the short and long normal forms of the selected concept.
Show identifiers of relationships
With this option checked, SNOB display the identifier of the relationships in the info pane.
Only show current descriptions and hide all descriptions with another status
Check this option if you are only interested in the current descriptions of a concept. SNOB only displays descriptions with statuses current, limited and pending move.
Use inactive colour for descriptions that are not present in an active subset
In case, you have selected Only selected subsets are active in the Subsets window (open/close with function key F8), concepts that are not present in a selected subset are displayed in the colour for inactive concepts. Select this option, when descriptions should als be displayed using this colour.
Show legacy SNOMED description when available
When this option is checked and the legacy SNOMED is imported with the ClaML Importer, the description of the attached legacy SNOMED code is displayed in the info pane.
Show CTV3 description when available
See previous option for CTV3 descriptions.
Show changelog of concepts
In case, you have imported multiple editions of SNOMED CT into the same database and when this option is checked, SNOB displays the changes to the concept eihter sorted on the date of the change, or sorted on the identifier of the descriptions and relationships.
Also show when a component first appeared
When selected, SNOB shows when a component (concept, description, or relationship) first appeared in the database.
Show descriptions
You can select which type of descriptions should be displayed and which should be hidden.
Prefix descriptions with the following texts
When this option is checked, SNOB prefixes a description with a user-defined text according to the type of the description.
Translate descriptions using lexicon
If a lexicon is available, SNOB translates the descriptions of the selected types.
