SNOMED CT in Dutch

The screenshot below shows SNOB with an experimental, very rough, partial translation of SNOMED CT in Dutch. This translation is automatically generated by SNOB, using a lexicon based on the words in the english version of SNOMED CT.

It is a simple word-by-word translation without anything else (yet) and it is not intented to replace a 'normal' translation. But, I would very much like to hear what you think of this approach? Is it worthwhile? Does it help to make a full 'normal' translation? Or just the opposite, does it interfere with 'normal' translation work? Or are your fingers itching to try this in your own native language? So, mail your opinion to info@eggbird.eu?

What you see below, is based on the words that I myself translated from the top of my head in about 4-5 hours. In a few cases (<20), I used the Dutch version of the ICD-10 to find a translation for a particular word.
