Search with lexicon

Optionally, SNOB uses the lexicon to improve the search results. Select the option Use lexicon during search in the advanced search options. Here is another reason, why even english speaking users should download the lexicon.

As an example how this improves the search results, uncheck the option Use lexicon during search and enter 'daily' as search term. In the 2008 release, SNOB finds 11 CLINICAL FINDINGS. Now, check the option Use lexicon during search, and press the Enter key to start a new search. SNOB now finds 113 CLINICAL FINDINGS.
