Search in native language

SNOB allows you to use words in your native language to search the english content of SNOMED. A prerequisite for this functionality is that you have loaded your native lexicon. You can then enter words in your native language followed by a question mark, e.g. oor?, and SNOB will use the equivalent english counterpart as a search term.
