SNOB - A SNOMED Browser
MetaModel Checker
For each relationship, the MetaModel Checker checks if there is a rule in the MetaModel that sanctions (i.e. allows) the relationship. If there is no such rule SNOB shows the offending relationship, clicking on the relationship focusses the browser to the tail (i.e. left-hand side) of the relationship. You can also set limits on the relationships that SNOB should examine.
The offending relationships are displayed in three colours:
- green: these concepts are present in the MetaModel
- red: these concepts are not found
- yellow: these concepts are not checked because the tail or head is not present in the MetaModel
The offending relationships can also be saved to a tab separated value file, which contains the following information. For readability the columns below are divided over three lines, but in the file these are on one line.
