SNOB - A SNOMED Browser
Manual
Exporting SNOMED
Select File-Export to export (part of) the contents of your database. You can use the following limitations to specify which part of the database should be exported:
- the date after which a component is added or changed
- the date before which a component is added or changed
- the language in which a description is written
- components (concepts, descriptions and/or relationships)
Next, you can choose in which format SNOB should export the contents:
- SNOMED CT Release Format
that is the format in which SNOMED CT is currently released. - SNOMED CT Extended Release Format
that may possibly be an accompanying format in which future versions of SNOMED CT will be released. In this format each line in the file contains a time stamp at which the component is valid. It also adds an extra status field to the relationships file. - Extended ClaML
that is an experimental extension of the current European Norm 14463 (ClaML) to support SNOMED CT.
