Browser colouring

Besides supporting a user-selected font in the browser, it also supports user-defined colour schemes (select Options-Settings). The selected colour scheme is stored as a property of the opened database. This allows you to set different colour schemes for different releases of SNOMED or you could define a colour scheme that is especially suited for presentations.
