I seem to find more concepts when using a filter as compared to searching 'unfiltered'
This may appear to be the case when you have set the maximum number of concepts to search for at a relatively low value (select Options-Settings). For example, set the maximum number of concepts to search for to 100, and then search 'unfiltered' for kidney. The first category CLINICAL FINDING will contain about 10 concepts. Next use the standard filter Current concepts and again search for kidney, the category CLINICAL FINDING now contains about 25 concepts. However in the latter case, the category SPECIAL CONCEPT is absent, which contains a lot of concepts when you search 'unfiltered'. When you set the maximum number to search for to 1000 the apparent difference disappears.
